The Opportunity
The Hospice Clinical Manager will provide leadership and support to interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospice services that honor the unique needs of every patient and family.
This influential role combines clinical leadership, team development, quality improvement, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will help shape a culture where clinicians feel supported, teams collaborate seamlessly, and patients receive care with dignity, compassion, and excellence.
What You’ll Lead

Guide interdisciplinary teams in delivering comprehensive hospice care addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

Bring together nurses, physicians, social workers, spiritual care providers, and care professionals to create a coordinated, patient-centered experience.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen clinical practices, and ensure excellence in care delivery and compliance.

Oversee daily clinical operations, including caseload management, productivity, resource utilization, and service excellence.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program or a related health/human services field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of three years of hospice clinical experience required.
- Strong knowledge of hospice care delivery, regulatory standards, and quality practices.
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and build collaborative partnerships.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Clinical management experience preferred.
- Experience with hospice triage and after-hours operations preferred for 24/7 care environments.
