• Trekwise partners with pediatric practices to bring an insurance-billable program that empowers parents to be their children's best help when it comes to building resilience and self-confidence, tackling anxiety, thriving through stress, and filling their lives with activities interesting enough to get children to put down the digitals.
• We also directly support teens to build emotional resilience and executive functioning skills.
• We launched in a leading pediatric practice in Denver, CO. Our lead pediatrician has been listed every year since 2006 in 5280 Magazine as one of Denver's Top Docs. 
• You will receive in-depth training as well as on-going learning and weekly supervision by leading psychologists and psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 Parenting Specialists who work directly with parents who are concerned about their children's behavioral health and want help learning how to raise their children to be resilient, happy, confident, emotionally solid adults. More specifically, you will be responsible for co-running weekly team supervision groups, monitoring the quality of care given, attending weekly consultation team calls and conducting 1:1 supervision/support calls with your Parenting Specialists.
• You will be responsible for providing triage for higher risk/complex patients/families. You will carry up to a 50% time direct caseload, interacting with parent(s) over video and voice calls and helping them implement the principles in the Trekwise curriculum in a way that works for their family. Your caseload will have families with more complex care needs.
• You will be responsible for building a stellar clinical partnership with our pediatric partners. This includes regularly being on-site at the pediatric practices - and may include up to 1 week/month of travel. Responsibilities include pro-active communication directly with providers about patients, provider education activities, ensuring that we hit enrollment metrics at the practice, and maintaining smooth and collaborative workflows. You will work closely with the practice account manager (non-clinical) to identify and implement momentum building strategies and pro-actively problem solve any concerns that arise.
• POSSIBLE: This role may also include a component of being a Healthy Steps provider for young families.
• Full-time position. 

What your time allocation will look like:

• 50% clinical work (triage and caseload)
• 20% meetings and administrative work
• 30% supervision and medical provider activities

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have many of the following: experience as a parent (or grandparent!), warmth, good intuition about people, a health and wellness coaching certification, a background in teaching or coaching (sports, classroom, yoga, Sunday school, etc.), an interest in psychology, and a strong desire to empower families to raise fabulous kids while enjoying the journey as well!
• We are especially interested in candidates with experience in program management, clinical supervision, and integrated behavioral health care.
• Must have an MA or PhD and active licensure in counseling. Clinical licensure in New York is required.
• Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 depending on licensure and experience. xhyhwjd Bonus up to 25% of base salary conditioned on hitting metrics for your practices and parenting specialists.
