Behavioral Clinical Medical Director

Bridge Medical is a leading provider of behavioral health specializing in Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and personal injury populations. With six+ locations across New York and continued expansion throughout the region, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Behavioral Health Medical Director to join our executive leadership team in our Midtown Manhattan headquarters .

Position Overview

The Behavioral Health Medical Director will provide leadership, collaboration, and clinical oversight for a multidisciplinary behavioral health division consisting of:

• Neuropsychologists
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
• Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs)
• Cognitive Therapists
• Psychometrists

While direct supervision of Neuropsychologists remains under the respective attending Neuropsychologist, this role serves as the senior behavioral health leader responsible for fostering collaboration, ensuring clinical quality, and supporting the continued growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

• Serve as a clinical resource and strategic leader across the behavioral health department.
• Support providers with complex clinical cases and treatment planning.
• Promote evidence-based practices and consistency of care across all locations.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and patient outcomes.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct clinical note reviews and documentation audits.
• Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations & Program Development

• Create and implement divisional SOPs, workflows, and operational standards.
• Partner with leadership to develop scalable clinical programs.
• Assist with provider onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and outcome measurement programs.

Executive Collaboration

• Work closely with the Founder and CEO to shape departmental strategy.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational planning.
• Contribute to growth initiatives, new service lines, and market expansion efforts.

Patient Care- As needed

Qualifications

Required

• Doctoral degree ( PhD or PsyD ) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related field.
• Active New York State license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, rehabilitation, or injury-related behavioral health treatment.

Preferred

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation programs.
• Experience developing SOPs, quality initiatives, and clinical outcome programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in organizational growth and innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
