The company recently invested in a new 5-axis CMM system and is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to help support increasingly complex precision-machined components across aerospace, medical, industrial, and fluid-control industries. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected precision manufacturer with established AS9100 and ISO 9001 systems, advanced machining technology, and a strong technical quality team already in place. --- The Work You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program and operate CMM equipment within a precision machining environment Develop inspection routines and measurement strategies for tight-tolerance machined components Work closely with machinists, quality personnel, and manufacturing leadership to support production and first-article inspections Interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications Verify dimensional accuracy on aerospace and precision-machined components Support first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection activities Troubleshoot inspection challenges and improve measurement efficiency Maintain inspection documentation and quality records Assist with APQP, PPAP, and customer quality requirements as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department Most of the parts produced at Hogge Precision are small precision components that can fit in your hand, often requiring tolerances as close as ±0.0005". --- Machines, Equipment & Software You’ll work in a modern 42,000-square-foot, climate-controlled precision machining facility equipped with advanced manufacturing and inspection technology.
