Seeking an experienced and visionary Chief MedicalOfficer (CMO) to provide clinical leadership, strategic direction, andoversight of all medical operations within the organization. The CMO will playa critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered carewhile supporting organizational growth, provider performance, compliance, andquality initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong physician leader withexperience in primary care, value-based care, quality improvement, andmultidisciplinary team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

• Providestrategic oversight of all clinical programs and medical services
• Establishand maintain clinical standards, protocols, and best practices
• Ensurehigh-quality, evidence-based patient care across all service lines
• Leadinitiatives focused on patient safety, clinical quality, and outcomesimprovement
• Supportthe development and implementation of population health and preventivecare strategies
• Superviseand support physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, andclinical staff
• Assistwith provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and retention
• Conductprovider evaluations and support professional development initiatives
• Fostera collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused clinical culture

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Ensurecompliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Overseeclinical risk management and quality assurance programs
• Collaboratewith administrative leadership on policies and operational compliance

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities:

• Partnerwith executive leadership to support organizational growth and strategicplanning
• Analyzeclinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Assistin budgeting, staffing models, and operational efficiencies
• Supportexpansion of healthcare programs and community outreach initiatives
• Participatein payer relations, value-based care programs, and quality reportinginitiatives

Qualifications

• MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Activeand unrestricted New York State medical license
• BoardCertification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related primarycare specialty
• Strongunderstanding of outpatient primary care operations and healthcareregulations
• Experiencewith quality improvement, value-based care, and population healthmanagement
• Excellentleadership, communication, and organizational skills
