Inventory Coordinator

Job Description This position plays a key role in connecting Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, and Operations teams to proactively manage material readiness, resolve shortages, and mitigate supply chain risks. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex supply chain challenges, and driving successful program execution. Key Responsibilities Track and manage material requirements for prototype and pilot builds. Monitor critical material orders and proactively resolve supply constraints, supplier delays, and shortages. Create, maintain, and distribute inventory and material status reports for stakeholders. Communicate material risks, supplier commitments, and schedule impacts to cross-functional teams and leadership. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are available to support build schedules and project milestones. Escalate critical supply chain issues and support mitigation and recovery plans. Provide supply chain updates and risk assessments during cross-functional program reviews. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, material visibility, and overall supply chain execution. Support new product introduction (NPI) and development programs through effective material planning and coordination. Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering Support, Operations, or a related field; OR Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
