About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CAO/CFO) to join its mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be the senior executive responsible for financial strategy, enterprise administration, and operational risk, ensuring the organization has the necessary resources, systems, and capacity to achieve its mission sustainably. This role involves providing strategic and hands-on leadership across various functions, including finance, accounting, budgeting, grants management, human resources, information technology, and organizational operations. The CAO/CFO will also be a key partner in translating organizational strategy into financial and operational plans, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and leading the organization's response to operational and financial risks.
