About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead and implement the financial strategy of the business. The ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on finance executive with a strong background in managing and developing finance and accounting teams. The CFO will be responsible for all financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance, and must ensure operational excellence in day-to-day accounting. Key duties include leading and executing all finance and accounting functions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models, and maintaining internal controls and processes. The role also involves managing banking relationships, providing financial insight to the leadership team, and leading audit and tax preparation activities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a hands-on or small to mid-size company environment. Experience in private equity or high-growth companies is a plus. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, possess strong financial modeling, systems, and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of building scalable processes and driving financial discipline. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team and is adept at providing financial insight and decision support to the CEO and the leadership team.
