The ideal CFO will have a background in a similar role within a B2B SaaS business, particularly in the lower mid-market, and must have a proven track record of building and leading a finance team, as well as experience in the sale process or a central role in a liquidity event. The CFO will be a key partner to the business, working closely with the founder and the board, and must possess the credibility and discipline to deliver for the company's sponsor. The role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone, and the company values a competitive base, bonus, and real equity upside. The CFO will be expected to be a strategic leader, with the ability to provide financial insights and guidance to support the company's growth and market expansion.
