Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, c ommitted to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to assess and complete basic repairs, and provide guidance and oversight to the dedicated facilities team. Qualified candidates will have commercial maintenance experience, including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as required Experience with HVAC is a plus Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc. Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly. Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance Support training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.) Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities. QUALIFICATIONS:
