A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute we seek in our Direct Support Professionals. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Excellent Communication Problem-Solving and flexibility A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others A high school education (or GED) Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone We value passion and a willingness to learn!
