Electronics Quality Engineer Sr

Responsibilities Collaborate with program teams across multiple Lockheed Martin sites to deliver high‑quality Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), box assemblies, cables, and related hardware components to internal customers. Lead the identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions; evaluate process and product performance via non‑conformance analysis; support continuous improvement initiatives; and work with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with requirements. Provide QA support for hardware change control boards (configuration, change, and engineering review boards) and customer acceptance reviews. Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analytics platforms such as Tableau, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Leverage predictive and automation‑based quality tools, AI systems, and automated processes to enhance inspection and testing efficiencies while driving proactive improvements. Actively engage in advanced manufacturing initiatives, including additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, lean manufacturing, automation technologies, and computer‑aided inspections. Qualifications STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher. 3+ years of electronics manufacturing or similar experience. Comprehensive understanding of AS9100 standards. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Ability to lead root cause and corrective action investigations and oversee implementation of preventive actions. Skilled in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Solumina or Apriso manufacturing execution software. Experience with Tableau visualization software. Experience with control and disposition of non‑conforming material (Material Review Board). Knowledge of data analytics/statistics with ability to perform under minimal guidance. Clearance Level None Schedule 4‑hour day shift schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
