Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling and calendar maintenance. Inbox maintenance. Travel and expense management. Donor relations file system maintenance. Donor Relations inbox organization, responsiveness. Ascend Database maintenance including updating donor information, event registration, and basic reporting. Ordering and maintaining event supplies, promotional items, donor gifts. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Preferred Requirements MS Office suite proficiency, including Office 365/Sharepoint/OneDrive. Written and verbal communication skills, including handwritten communication. High adaptability with new technological platforms used to conduct business. Adobe suite and/or Canva experience. Salesforce experience or comparable data entry/management.
