Energy Transactional Project Development Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy Transactional Project Development Associate in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of project experience, particularly in energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. Duties Draft and negotiate M&A, JV, EPC, O&M, tolling, development, supply, and power purchase agreements. Manage components of deals independently. Participate in national project finance and development practice. Engage in sophisticated legal matters with high partner and client contact. Requirements 4 to 7 years of relevant project experience. Experience with energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects preferred. Strong drafting and negotiating skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Georgia. Skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to manage deals independently.
