They are actively seeking a seasoned and driven General Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial drywall and framing, with proven leadership experience overseeing multiple projects and field teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites Manage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field personnel Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality control standards Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues proactively Monitor labor productivity and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline Enforce company standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the field What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and finishes, with at least 3 years in a senior or general superintendent role Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, drawings, and safety standards Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools OSHA 30 certification preferred This is a confidential opportunity managed by Solid Rock Recruiting.
