Join Our Team at Apple Rehab!Join our team as a Field Recruiter supporting multiple Apple Rehab locations. This travel-based, independent role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on-site, building relationships, and driving hiring efforts across facilities. You'll partner with HR, engage with the community, and help move candidates through the hiring process while making a direct impact on staffing success.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities based on staffing needsPartner closely with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify and prioritize hiring needsPlan, coordinate, and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiativesStrong daily presence in Apploi including screening applicants, reviewing applications and conducting interviews/forwarding to buildingsBuild and maintain relationships with local nursing schools, CNA training programs, and community partnersDevelop and manage a social media presence to support recruitment efforts and employer brandingConduct interviews and actively support candidates through the hiring and onboarding processTrack weekly recruiting activity, applicant flow, and hiring progress; provide updates at monthly HR meetingsFollow up with applicants in a timely manner and collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidatesQualifications:Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environmentsAbility to work flexible hours and travel regularly to multiple facility locationsAttention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.Reliable transportation to/ from Apple Rehab locationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple open positions and candidatesProficiency in social media, recruiting platforms and applicant trackingIf you're fun, energetic, and passionate about working with people and partnering with schools and community programs, we'd love to meet you!Employee Benefits for 30+ Hours:Scholarships and career development opportunitiesGenerous 4 weeks of paid time off7 paid holidaysHealth insurance benefitsShort & long-term disability coverageAccess to Call-a-Doc/24-7 MD telephone serviceEmployee Assistance ProgramLife insurance coverage401K retirement programLongevity credit for dedicated serviceIND123
