What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing support via phone and ticket system Assist with onboarding, pre-employment checks (WOTC, drug testing, background checks), and employee experience administration Help with employee relations, including investigations and complaints Manage employment verifications and unemployment claims through ADP Case Builder Maintain and audit electronic employee files and HRIS data for accuracy Support compliance audits and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) General knowledge of HR principles and terminology Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools A passion for helping people and growing your HR expertise What You Will Enjoy At Propark Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
