Sr. RPA Engineer - AA
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Process Automation (RPA)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Automation Anywhere (AA) Experience as a Lead/senior in an Enterprise RPA CoE
- Experience in AA and its tools/features including A11/A360/AARI/Control Room/Queue and such as a senior developer
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing
- Strong technical experience in architecting and building end-to-end solutions
- Experience with Business and Technical requirements
- Strong understanding of XML and XSD structures
- Understanding and building custom APIs
- Experience leading projects end-to-end including UAT & hyper care
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes
- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of clients and vendors across multiple disciplines
- Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.
