Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Alarm Signal Dispatcher in Richardson, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity and access control systems, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will maintain clear records, assist visitors and personnel, and provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls for service, alarms, maintenance concerns, and other incidents to appropriate personnel. Monitor communication systems, cameras, access-control alerts, and building-related systems, escalating unusual activity and critical situations according to site procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and related documentation in a timely manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
