We are seeking a Plant Accounting Associate to join our team!

This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.

About the Role:

As a Plant Accounting Associate, you are responsible for:

• Managing customer accounts and timely collections.
• Partnering with Outside Sales and internal teams.
• Following up on past due accounts and payment issues.
• Monitoring accounts for non-payment, late payments, and discrepancies.
• Researching and resolving billing and payment concerns.
• Processing chargebacks, returns, credits, and bad debt items.
• Supporting lien filings and joint check agreements as needed.
• Maintaining accurate account records.
• Assisting with reporting and special projects as required.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Experience working in JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• At least 24 years of related experience.
