Occupational Therapist

Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges to enhance independence and quality of life. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide activities of daily living (ADL) training and support recovery goals. Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and interventions. Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
