About the Role:
Culligan  is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Reno, NV! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your financial expertise to a trusted, industry-leading company while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform  monthly closing procedures
• Process weekly payroll 
• Review financial statements and reports
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow on a regular basis
• Assist with compliance documentation
• Manage data entry and maintain organized financial filing systems

Requirements:

• Accounting \ Bookkeeping entry level position
• Knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
