Junior UI/UX Designer

Junior UI/UX DesignerWe are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our online training platform. You will work closely with our development team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our users.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop user interfaces for our online training platformCollaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionalityConduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideasEnsure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all designsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX designContinuously seek ways to improve the user experience and make recommendations for enhancementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design workProficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or FigmaKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesPassion for creating user-centered designs and solving complex problemsBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environmentIf you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for UI/UX design and making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!
