Tribal Family Preservation & Child Welfare Lead

White Earth Nation is seeking a program manager to oversee the PSOP and CW-TCM outreach services. You will recruit and train staff, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with tribal and state standards. You will also develop case plans and monitor client needs and staff performance across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership, cultural competence, and the ability to coordinate with tribal authorities, ICWA, and MIFPA guidelines to support family preservation and service #J-18808-Ljbffr White Earth Nation
