About the Role

As an Assistant Account Executive , you will support the Sales team in managing key retail accounts and bringing EnVogue's home décor collections to market. This hands-on role involves buyer communication, order management, product presentations, and cross-functional coordination.

What You'll Do

• Support Account Executives with daily account management and customer needs.
• Coordinate buyer communication, product requests, and follow-ups.
• Process purchase orders, maintain account records, and track order status.
• Prepare line sheets, sales presentations, and product information for buyers.
• Organize, photograph, and ship product samples for customer reviews.
• Assist with showroom setup, buyer meetings, and market appointments.
• Monitor retail trends, competitor products, and customer assortments.
• Track product timelines, order updates, and customer deliverables.
• Support assortment planning and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account coordination, merchandising, or related.
• Experience in consumer products, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
