• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure and appropriate advanced practice credentials
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience required; cardiac ICU experience strongly preferred
• Board certification required
• Experience managing complex cardiac ICU patients, including VA ECMO, VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant cases
• ACLS and BLS required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong procedural skills and confidence in a high-acuity intensive care setting

• Provide daily rounding and comprehensive management for critical care cardiac ICU patients
• Work under the guidance of an intensivist to support high-quality patient care
• Complete admissions, order entry, postoperative management, and ongoing patient assessments
• Perform procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter placement, and IABP removal
• Collaborate with the care team to manage advanced cardiac support therapies and complex ICU cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
• Support safe, efficient care for an average of 8-12 patient encounters per shift
