Compensation:

$112,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide individuals and families through the process of selecting the right insurance plans with clarity and empathy.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client engagement and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most up-to-date information.
• Utilize company-provided training and mentorship to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, showing resilience and determination.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, utilizing company-provided training and mentorship to enhance skills.
• Familiarity with the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA area is a plus, but not required.
