Patient Services Representative Job Location: 4250 Hempstead Turnpike Bethpage, NY Job Type: Full-Time (Mon and Weds 11am-7pm, Tues and Thurs 7am-3pm and Friday 10am-6pm; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss work schedule during interview.) Responsibilities You'll achieve success by: Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service Verifying insurance, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required Who We Are: MOTION PT Group is a member of the Confluent Health family of companies, we're more than just physical and occupational therapists we're movement makers.
