Patient Accounts Representative

Position Overview Responsible for timely and accurate processing of and effective follow‑up on all services, equipment and supplies. In this position, the representative should make every effort to assist the patient with questions and/or concerns and streamline the process for the patient, ensuring a high level of customer service. Department: Patient Accounting, UHS Home Care Work Shift: Day (Regular) Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: $16.67 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience. Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Resolving issues as they occur while efficiently managing high work volume in a fast paced work environment.
