Network SME Opportunity

We are looking for a Network SME with deep expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud networking to design, implement, and optimize secure and scalable network solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical documentation skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across various teams to align network strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• SD-WAN & SASE Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage SD-WAN and SASE solutions for secure, high-performance networking.
• Cloud Networking: Architect and maintain cloud-based network infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Documentation: Create, update, and maintain technical documents, including network architecture, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Document network infrastructure and configurations in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant teams.
• Work closely with developers, system administrators, and support teams to capture and document critical network information.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure network solutions meet operational and security requirements.
• Network Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for zero-trust architecture, encryption, and cloud security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware NSX, etc.) and SASE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid network environments.
• Proficiency in technical documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, knowledge base articles).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network automation (Terraform, Ansible).

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, AWS/Azure Networking Certifications.
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
