Pay: $4,000.00-$12,000.00 monthly earning potential.

Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.

Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 8:30am-9pm and Sunday: 9am-9pm

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of previous sales experience in any industry (retail, customer service, B2B, call center, hospitality)
• Maintain any required salesperson license (if applicable).
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The monthly California pay range for this position is $4,000.00-$12,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
