Wealth Management Specialist (Entry Level)

Role The Wealth Management Specialist supports the advisory team by contributing to all client servicing activities, both pre- and post-meeting. You will update financial data, process client requests, and assist advisors with documentation and communication needed to deliver exceptional client experiences. This internship is perfect for students with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for financial planning who want real-world experience in a boutique yet resource-backed wealth management firm. Responsibilities Update financial planning software (Retirement Analyzer) for all advisor meetings. Prepare client review summaries and retirement analysis documentation. Input advisor notes and update CRM records accurately. Manage and attach financial statements, contracts, and reports to client files. Receive incoming client service calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. Complete service change requests, account updates, and custodial login setup. Review and process applications, trades, allocation changes, withdrawals, and transfers. Coordinate and follow up on client transfers to ensure completion. Assist with client update reports and outgoing mailings. Support client scheduling and collaborate with WMAs, WMPs, and Advisors. Assist with internal team projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal team members. Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance changes, and relevant tax law updates. Always act in the best interest of the client and adhere to company standards. Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field). Junior/Senior status preferred or 1-2 years experience within a financial institute. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Eager to learn new tools, processes, and systems. Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST. Availability of 24- 30hours/week What We Are Expecting Seamless advisor meeting preparation that reflects Guerra's commitment to client service. Accurate, timely, and thorough CRM and financial data updates. Consistent support to advisors in meeting operational and client experience goals. Active contribution to team efficiency and client satisfaction. Proactive communication and follow-through on all assigned responsibilities. Schedule Onsite in office located in Miami, FL 3 - 4 day schedule with flexibility on schedule. (Required to work at least 3-full days) 24 - 30 hours/week. Compensation $15/hr + Performance Bonuses Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and contribution.
