Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist/CST

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position requiring at least 1 year of combined experience in the specialty.

Job Details

• Hospital surgical services department,
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM,

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty required,
• BLS certification required (AHA certifications required, must be active at time of consideration),
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license required in hand at time of consideration, if applicable,
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for consideration,
• Background check must not include any open cases,
• No hits accepted on professional license,

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to work every other holiday,
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only,
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only,
• CSTs are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement,
• Assignments may be extended up to 18 consecutive months, followed by a required 6-month break before returning to this facility,
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate,
• Permanent candidates cannot return to this facility for 1 year from their previous end date
