Return Door Coordinator – Furniture Distribution Center

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Return Door Coordinator to manage returned merchandise and support our delivery operations in a high‑volume furniture distribution center. The Return Door Coordinator is responsible for checking in drivers, reviewing, and reconciling delivery paperwork, and ensuring all returned, refused, or damaged items are accurately identified, labeled, and processed . This role oversees inventory integrity and merchandise condition by properly documenting furniture disposition, wrapping and protecting items for storage, and confirming returned products are moved to the correct locations or departments in a timely manner. The coordinator will monitor daily door activity and run cycles to verify inventory accuracy . Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and dock area .

Strong time management, accuracy with paperwork, and the ability to complete special projects as assigned are essential.

This position is currently based in Dulles, VA, but will be moving to Berryville, VA by the end of June 2026.

SCHEDULE: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 6:00am - 2:30pm
