We are especially interested in candidates with prior LDRP and Women's experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, PCA, as well as new graduate nurses who completed a senior practicum or capstone experience in a Labor & Delivery or Postpartum unit. Our LDRP RN Residency combines expert mentorship, hands‑on learning, and a collaborative team to help you build the confidence and critical thinking skills needed for success in LDRP nursing. Our November 16th or December 7th requires an active RN license prior to the start date . As part of our residency program, you'll join a supportive community of clinical educators, experienced nurses, and fellow new graduate RNs dedicated to helping you successfully transition from student to professional nurse. Job Responsibilities Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated. Certifications Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
