Research Analyst

The Research Analyst will assist the GLASfunds Research Team in the sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of third‑party managed strategies across private capital, hedge funds and tax‑aware solutions. Additional responsibilities will include client and prospect support, fund onboarding, content generation and ad‑hoc analytical projects. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in all aspects of the research process of potential additions to the GLASfunds platform including sourcing, initial evaluation, manager calls / onsite visits, quantitative and qualitative due diligence, reference checks and drafting reports and other communications. Contribute to the coverage and communication of performance and material updates of existing strategies on the GLASfunds Platform primarily through the completion of quarterly and annual reports. Participate in client and prospect calls / visits to provide expertise on various investment strategies on an as needed basis. Provide expertise and assistance to other GLASfunds colleagues on an as needed basis. Contribute to thought leadership through content generation Commit to continuous self‑improvement and learning through various avenues such as the pursuit of certifications or charters, advanced degrees, conferences, online courses or other platforms.
