In this role, you will assist customers in navigating their shopping experiences and resolving any inquiries related to our casualwear offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and our product offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fashion, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Technical proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
