Accounting Manager

We're partnering with a highly respected and growing organization to identify an Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make an impact. This is a newly created position driven by growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys operational accounting, partnership accounting, process improvement, and working closely with leadership in a collaborative, in-person culture. What You'll Do Own and manage high-volume accounting transactions across multiple related entities Process and reconcile intercompany activity, including shared-service fees, reimbursements, allocations, and entity-to-entity transactions Manage employee expense reimbursements, consulting invoices, vendor payments, and related accounting activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and month-end close activities Support partnership and investment accounting, including capital contributions, distributions, income allocations, and K-1 reconciliations Prepare annual tax workpapers and supporting schedules Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow reporting Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled accounting workflows Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and accounting policies Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong operational accounting background with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions Experience with intercompany, related-party, partnership, or investment accounting Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems proactively Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new industries, businesses, and accounting complexities Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills CPA preferred but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
