Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Flexible PRN / Per Service – Livonia, MI

Quick Facts:

• Location: Livonia, Michigan (also serving Plymouth, Northville, and surrounding areas)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: PRN, ongoing as needed
• Shift: Flexible hours between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Hours/Week: Varies based on your availability
• Employment Type: PRN / Per Service
• License/Certs: Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required
• Experience: Hospital respiratory therapy experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $5.00 – $100.00 per completed service or patient setup
• Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; mileage reimbursement included

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, infant monitors, and other respiratory devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance
• Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders and patient needs
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing clinical support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support orientation and training of new staff as needed

What You Need:

• Required: Active RRT license, Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Preferred: Hospital respiratory therapy or home healthcare experience, familiarity with ventilator management, related science degree, 1+ years of clinical experience
• Skills: Strong patient communication, organization, independence, problem-solving, trust-building
