Staff Attorney, Federal Immigration Litigation

The Legal Aid Society, Inc.

The Legal Aid Society, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Staff Attorney for the Immigration Law Unit's Federal Litigation Team.

You will represent low‑income clients in federal courts, challenging unlawful policies through habeas petitions, petitions for review, and APA actions. The ILU handles diverse immigration matters across NYC and surrounding counties, collaborating with attorneys, social workers, and paralegals to provide comprehensive free representation to non-citizens, including both
