Help
You will maintains files on physical security violations and verifies information retrieved from database to prepare letter citing type of physical security violation for Site Manager of IS3's signature.
You will routes desk journal incident reports to IS3 Site Manager for signature and ensures Legal Office and Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) office gets copies.
You will set up and schedules traffic violators for traffic court hearing. Assigns demerit points to traffic violations and inputs information into database.
You will receive visitors and telephone calls to the office, determine the nature of requests and direct callers to appropriate staff, or personally provides the information desired when routine or procedural matters of the office are involved.
