Job Details

The General laborer is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Painting/Spray Painting
• Safely operate a forklift
• Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators)
• Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift)
• Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools
• Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., light-duty construction, fabrication, recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services)
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for designated list of equipment (e.g., powered vehicles, power tools, hand-held tools/equipment
• Perform minor repairs to designated equipment to minimize downtime and repair costs
• Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• • Must be 18 years or older and a valid driver's license and clean MVR
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
• Education and Experience
• • High school diploma or GED
  • Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required
• Physical Requirements
• • Stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Repeat the same movements
  • Frequent bending and twisting
  • Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Full Time 1st
• Mon-Fri 7:00am -3pm
• $18.50/hr.
