Role highlights

Own inspections across the flow of materials: receiving, in-process, and final product verification.
Establish, follow, and refine quality control procedures to uphold rigorous standards.
Contribute to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to qualify new parts and implement changes confidently.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional partners to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate defects.
Capture and communicate quality issues; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Keep meticulous records of all inspections and tests.
Continuously expand your knowledge of quality assurance tools and industry trends.

What you need to succeed

Proven background in quality inspection and quality control.
Solid grasp of continuous improvement approaches.
Hands-on exposure to PPAP in a manufacturing environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical judgment.
Clear communicator with effective teamwork skills.
Self-starter who manages time and multiple tasks well.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are beneficial.
