Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Greensboro, NC location to perform blood specimen collections, process patient data, and deliver customer service in a patient service center or client office setting. This full-time position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing and collect patient payments as required
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Three months or more phlebotomy experience (or certification in lieu)
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
