Director Of Finance – HospitalityOur client is looking for an experienced Director of Finance with a strong hotel accounting background and advanced, hands-on experience with M3 accounting software. This project-based position will focus on supporting new hotel openings, establishing accounting processes, and ensuring financial records and reporting systems are accurate and up to date.The ideal candidate will bring senior-level hotel accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to work with M3. Experience with hotel openings and food & beverage operations is highly preferred.Responsibilities Of The Director Of Finance:Set up and maintain charts of accounts for new hotel properties and F&B operations.Configure and enter new accounts within M3 to support property and outlet launches.Develop P&L statements and standardized financial reporting templates.Work closely with hotel management and operations teams to identify reporting needs.Review and update accounting records across multiple hotel properties.Leverage M3 and advanced Excel to streamline accounting processes, reporting, and workflows.Support additional finance and accounting initiatives as needed.Qualifications Of The Director Of Finance:Extensive hands-on experience with M3 accounting software.Senior-level hotel accounting or hotel finance experience.Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data organization.Strong understanding of hotel accounting, financial reporting, and F&B operations.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.Experience supporting hotel openings is a strong plus.Why This Role?Play a key role in launching new hotel properties.Build accounting and financial reporting processes from the ground up.Collaborate directly with hotel leadership and operations teams.Take on a high-visibility project with significant impact.
