Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst role within Corporate FP&A at Baxter, supporting global cash flow forecasting and capital investment governance. The position reports to a Senior Finance Manager and collaborates across finance, operations, engineering, and procurement to drive strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, consolidate, and report global cash flow forecasts in partnership with Treasury and finance teams
- Analyze cash flow and balance sheet drivers to identify variances and improve forecasting accuracy
- Evaluate capital investment opportunities using ROI, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analyses
- Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations supporting capital governance and senior leadership decisions
- Monitor capital spending and project performance to ensure compliance with governance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or FP&A in large organizations
- Advanced financial modeling skills for business cases and capital investments
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for leadership audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration experience across finance, operations, and engineering teams
- Prior experience in corporate finance, cash flow forecasting, or capital planning preferred
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 base
