Job Title: Motion Designer Location: Remote Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500 – $5,000/month Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) About Shown Media Shown Media is an NYC-based creative studio that partners with category-defining tech companies to engineer virality around fundraise announcements and product launches. We create campaigns that dominate X (Twitter) and LinkedIn feeds—regularly reaching tens of millions of views. Our Emmy-winning creative team is the backbone of every campaign, blending storytelling, design, and distribution to drive outsized impact. Role Overview We're looking for a Motion Designer to bring high-impact launch campaigns to life through dynamic, performance-driven animation. You’ll work closely with animators, storyboard designers, editors, and strategists to create visually compelling content designed to capture attention and drive engagement at scale. What You’ll Do Own motion execution Lead animation for major launch campaigns from concept to final delivery. Build visual systems Develop transitions, pacing, and a consistent motion language across campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with creative strategists and growth teams to align visuals with performance goals. Optimize based on performance Iterate on creatives using data and feedback to improve results. Mentor and elevate the team Provide feedback and guidance to other designers to maintain a high creative standard. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in After Effects Working knowledge of Premiere Pro Comfortable reviewing and collaborating on layouts in Figma Bonus Skills Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) Ability to integrate 2D and 3D motion seamlessly Benefits 14 days paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Shown Media
