Location: Remote Optional! Candidates in Arizona have preference but we will consider hiring nationwide for the right fit. 

Salary: Competitive base plus bonus, PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision, 401k with match

Requirements:
3 plus years of public accounting tax experience
CPA or CPA candidate preferred

At this time, we are looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate. Candidates in Arizona are strongly preferred, but we are open to hiring fully remote within the USA. 

What You Will Do

You will prepare and review individual and business tax returns while supporting tax planning and advisory engagements across a variety of industries. You will work closely with managers and partners, assist with tax research, and communicate directly with clients. This role offers broad exposure, increasing responsibility, and a clear path to continued advancement.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
3 plus years of experience in public accounting tax
Experience preparing individual and business returns
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Desire to grow technically and professionally in a team based environment
