We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment and wants to play a key role in driving financial performance across our U.S. and Mexico operations. What You'll Do As Accounting Manager, you'll serve as a key financial leader responsible for: Leading monthly financial close and preparing consolidated financial statements and executive dashboards. Managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, reconciliations, and treasury support. Partnering with our Mexico accounting team to ensure consistency and accuracy across entities. Overseeing inventory accounting, costing, cycle counts, and financial controls. Supporting cash flow forecasting and business planning initiatives. Driving process improvements, internal controls, and ERP optimization. Leading annual audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings. Developing and mentoring accounting staff while building a culture of accountability and excellence.
