Discover more about Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsU.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceBachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)Deep operational knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001) including the creation of inspection plans, execution of First‑Article Inspections to AS9102, and management of special‑process complianceRobust proficiency in Risk Management methodologies, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)Ability to travel for supplier‑site visits, audits, or project supportDesired SkillsASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and / or Certified Quality Improvement associate (CQIA)Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, applying GD&T, and conducting mechanical/electrical inspections of electro/optical assemblies; capable of identifying supplier quality deficiencies and driving effective corrective actionsExperience collaborating with supplier quality, process engineering, manufacturing, and systems teams to resolve issues, qualify early-stage technology vendors, and seamlessly transition the product line to full manufacturing readinessEffective communication skills: written, oral, listening, and technical writingEffective interpersonal skills including team building and collaborationLeadership and customer relationship management skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
